What you need to know

Quest Howth provides;

• Access to HYC’s bar & restaurant for lunch or drinks
• Access to HYC’s showers & changing rooms
• Buoyancy aids for all quest Howth participants
• All weather proof gear including waterproof jackets and ends.

What to bring with you on the course;

• Comfortable shoes, if you do not have deck shoes, runners is a good option.
• Sun protection – sun cream, sunglasses, peaked hat
• Layered clothing rather than bulky jumpers etc.
• A drink for hydration, water etc.
